Slotted screens have good sand control performance, no clogging, and improved oil recovery quality. They are often used in horizontal, side, and branch wells. More than 90% of the wells in the same type of foreign wells can be screened using petroleum slitting screens, which is the preferred special pipe for the current special oil production process.
The cutting of a single trapezoidal seam of a slotted screen is the basis of the cutting of the entire screen. Observations are made on the degree of cutting as a whole, and the cutting of a single slot is only a subroutine. The whole screen is distributed in accordance with a certain number of thousands of single seam. The rotation of the rotating head or even the displacement on the platform completes the positioning between the slits and the slit or the positioning in the axial direction, and then gradually cuts out each single slit in accordance with the subroutine of electrophoresis. Then the axial row-by-row cutting and the surrounding one-round cutting, and even cutting in other orders, are directly related to the final cutting effect. Be sure to consider the heat transfer inside the tube during the cutting process and the effect of heat removal from the chamber.
